Célja: A szervezet jelenlegi belső kommunikációs helyzetének felmérése, problémáinak feltárása és megoldási javaslatok kialakítása a résztvevők bevonásával.
Eredménye: Egy olyan minden résztvevő általi közös megegyezésen alapuló belső szervezeti irányelv-lista kialakítása, melyet a dolgozók a sajátjuknak éreznek és ezáltal azokkal azonosulni tudnak a hétköznapokban.
Internal Communication Training for 4-12 persons
Length: 3-4 hour, depending on the number of participants
Aim: Exploring the current situation fo the internal communication within the organisation, exploring the issues and working out solution porposals with the involvmtn of the participants.
Result: Creating an internal organisational guideline list agreed by all participants, which the employees feel to be their own and through this they can identify themselves with it in their daily worklife.
